Accounts & data

Request access, correction, or deletion.

Removing a player from a device removes local progress. It does not delete Firebase Authentication or Firestore records.

Contact support before clearing browser data, uninstalling, or removing a local player if you want help identifying its cloud data. A guest identity may be impossible to identify from a player name alone after device data is gone.

How to make a request

  1. Email support@playnestarium.com with the subject “Nestarium account data request.”
  2. Describe the request, chosen player name, device or browser used, and approximately when you played. A parent or guardian can identify that the request concerns their child.
  3. Wait for verification instructions. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, authentication tokens, government ID, or a full save in the initial request.

We verify ownership or appropriate parental authority before disclosing or deleting data. A display name alone is not proof. We will explain the verified scope, applicable retention, and any steps needed for local copies or support correspondence.

Current limitations

Self-service cloud-account deletion and cross-install recovery are not yet publicly available. Removing local progress is irreversible without a suitable backup and does not delete an unrelated Google account.
