These terms apply to this public information website and authorized participation in Nestarium’s private test. The game is not publicly released, sold, or licensed through this website.

Using this website

You may view and link to public pages for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, impersonate another person, or use our content or systems unlawfully.

Private testing

Private-test access is limited to invited or otherwise authorized testers and can change, pause, or end. Features, balance, progress, and availability may change. Coins, animals, items, and battle results are game features, not money or a promise of cash value.

Accounts, progress, and custom content

Keep devices, backups, and sign-in methods secure. Importing a save can replace destination data. Use only names and custom content you have permission to use, and do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

Intellectual property

Nestarium, its software, artwork, text, branding, and other materials belong to Daygull Studios LLC or its licensors. Except for ordinary viewing of the website and authorized testing, no rights are granted without written permission.

No store offer or public gameplay

This site does not provide a public playable build, store download, purchase, virtual-item sale, or release-date promise. Platform plans and features may change before launch.

Availability and responsibility

The website and private test are provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Daygull Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from preview information or private-test participation.
