Your collection. Your information.
This notice describes the public Nestarium information website and the current private test. Public game release, store features, and any future data practices will receive updated disclosures before launch.
Public website
The public website does not provide a playable game, account signup, advertising, analytics SDK, or mailing-list form. If you choose “Notify me,” your device opens an email to Daygull Studios; the website does not silently enroll you.
Local game data
Private-test builds can save player names and usernames, avatar choices, animals, currencies, quests, upgrades, battle progress, custom eggs and artwork, settings, and backups on the device. A save export can contain local player information and settings. Treat it as private.
Cloud progress and online play
Supported private-test builds may establish a Firebase Authentication identity and synchronize core progress through Firebase Firestore. Cloud records can include an account identifier, game progress, save revisions, timestamps, and an integrity fingerprint. Device settings and custom content are not all included in the core cloud save.
When a tester deliberately enters an available hosted battle or trade, the service processes the account identifier and gameplay state needed to provide that interaction. Other players see a service-created alias rather than the chosen local player name or username. Communication is limited to preset messages. Report and block records are used for service safety; central report identifiers are transformed with one-way hashing and reports are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.
Hosting and support
Cloudflare hosts and protects our sites and may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and security logs. Google Firebase provides authentication and cloud-data services for the private test. If you email support or request a launch notice, Google and Cloudflare help deliver and store the address, message, and attachments so Daygull Studios can respond or send the requested one-time notice.
Children and families
Nestarium is being designed so children, teens, and adults can enjoy it. The public website does not collect a birth date or offer public gameplay. The current game is a limited private test, not a publicly released child-directed service. Parent-managed controls, public account eligibility, and any consent mechanisms remain release requirements before public game access. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information using the request process below.
Retention, security, and requests
Local data remains until removed by the game, browser, or device, subject to platform storage behavior. Removing a local player or uninstalling does not itself erase Firebase records, hosted game records, or support correspondence. We retain information only as needed for the purposes described, security, support, and legal obligations.
To request access, correction, or deletion, use account and data requests. We verify entitlement before disclosing or deleting information.
Contact and changes
For privacy requests, contact legal@daygullstudios.com. For game help, contact support@playnestarium.com. We will update this notice before materially different public features begin collecting or using information.
